Description:

You are bidding on a beautiful 300 Sq Ft Paver Patio (Unilock Beacon Hill Flagstone Pavers with Enduracolor Technology) Installed by Savage Pools & Patios.  The paver colors offered in this particular bid are Granite Fusion or Birch.  These quality pavers offer a lifetime transferrable warranty.  This bid includes the installation of a 300 sq ft paver patio installed on a compacted limestone base with secured concrete edging. The patio comes with a maximum of (3) steps up into house (4' wide maximum) built out of Unilock Brussels block wall stone in a Limestone or Sandstone color.  The wall caps are also made by Unilock (Brussels Fullnose) and will come in a Limestone or Sandstone Color to match. The patio will be sanded with Polymeric sand in a tan or grey color to match your patio color choice.  This bid does not include additional items such as retaining walls, Landscaping, Lighting or any other features outside the scopes of this bid.  It does include yard repair with up to 6 yards of topsoil, seed and straw or Penn mulch. The growth of grass is the responsibility of bid winner.  Savage Pools & Patios will be willing to do additional items as such for additional costs.  Access to area with equipment and product where the patio will be installed is required and a 10' minimum path is required. Permitting is included and will be taken care of by Savage Pools & Patios.  HOA contact information must be provided by bid winner.
